NexusOX Hiring Agreement

This is a deal between NexusOX and the place that is hiring ("you"). You agree to it when you check the box on our request form.
What we do
We find people with a peer recovery certificate, check that the certificate is real, and send them to you to meet.
The fee
If you hire someone we sent you, you pay NexusOX $1,500 for each person. "Hire" means any kind of paid work: full-time, part-time, fill-in, contract or through another company.
When to pay
Pay within 15 days of the person's first day of work. You can pay on our website with a card or bank account.
Tell us when you hire
Email us within 5 days after you hire someone we sent you.
The 48-hour rule
For 48 hours after we send you someone, you still owe the fee if you hire them, even if they contact you on their own, you find them another way, or you hire them later.
Keep it private
Only use the information we send you to decide whether to hire. Don't share it with anyone else.
Your choice
You decide who to hire. You pay nothing if you don't hire anyone we sent.
Late payments
If you pay late, we may add 1.5% per month (or the highest amount the law allows, if lower) and you agree to pay reasonable costs to collect what you owe.
You are the employer
The person you hire works for you, not NexusOX. You are responsible for their pay, supervision, background checks and following employment and anti-discrimination laws.
No guarantee
We confirm certificates are real when we share a candidate. We don't promise anything else about a candidate, so do your own interviews and checks.
